COACHING HOMEWORK

No coaching homework!

Instead, what do you want to explore

From now till next time?

New and prospective clients often ask me about coaching homework. I explain that we won’t have coaching homework because:

- I want our coaching to be as engaging as possible, and “homework” has too many negative connotations.

- You, the client, are in charge of deciding what you’d like to explore from one session to the next. If you’re stuck for ideas, I will offer some suggestions, but coaching is client-driven and it’s important that you choose what most appeals to you to do, observe or reflect upon in between our sessions.
