Outside Interests
You’ll also benefit from my outside interests:
The images on this website are from my own art; the variety of subjects and styles reflects the creativity and flexibility that I’ll bring to our coaching.
My improv experience (I host and/or facilitate two monthly improv comedy jams) enhances our explorations of how you want to show up for yourself and others, in the workplace and beyond. This can include role-playing tricky situations, where you may be surprised by how well I can often channel the persona of someone I’ve never met.
In addition to visual art and improv, I love to read, swim, dance, walk, do yoga and meditation, volunteer and travel overseas.
