Professional Experience

My 20+ years as a coach build upon broad previous professional experiences:

  • Law clerk

  • Environmental lawyer

  • Assistant field researcher in an East African park

  • Freelance international consultant/coach on environmental law and organizational development in dozens of developing countries worldwide. 

My international work often spanned interactions among high-ranking officials and staff in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. I’ve had the honor of collaborating with people from many different cultures, backgrounds and beliefs. 

Plus, thanks to years of teaching yoga and meditation both at a studio and privately, I can help my clients develop personalized strategies to reduce their stress. As you become more attuned to your “early warning systems” for stress, we can tailor stress management techniques to your individual needs and style (e.g., visual reminders, simple breathwork and calming phrases).
