LAUGHTER YOGA

Laughter Yoga is a wonderful way to bring more vitality and joy into your life, no matter what is going on.

Participate in simple breath, sound and movement exercises that mimic how we laugh

•

We stay in our bodies, not our heads – so there’s no pressure to joke or be funny

•

We can easily adapt the exercises to any special limitations you may have

•

You’ll get many of the wonderful benefits of laughter, no matter how you feel

•

Most people do end up genuinely laughing, and everyone has a great time!
