BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Help your nervous system “recalibrate” to a calmer state:
 

Experience gentle bodywork that will deeply calm and relax you
-- Light touch on a massage table, fully clothed except for shoes

This bodywork is based on a 700-hour training program that emphasizes:
-- Anatomy and physiology of the nervous system
-- Embryology
-- Patterns of stress in early emotional development

It is helpful for physical and emotional conditions related to the nervous system

It is suitable for people of all ages, including children and infants


ASSISTED YOGA

Gently explore places of comfort and physical stress, your reactions to them, and how to stay centered:

Experience guided movement through yoga postures and breathing exercises, adapted to your level of fitness
If you are new to yoga, discover ways to move through your daily life with more ease and grounding, through greater body awareness

If you are familiar with yoga, deepen your awareness of physical, mental and emotional issues that arise in your practice and how to apply these insights “off the mat”

We also offer workshops on yoga for stress reduction, including special workshops for women with fertility concerns

 
COACHING

We will supplement these body-centered approaches with coaching, as appropriate:

STRESS REDUCTION
